           Full form of IPO is INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING  is the process by which a private company can go public by sale of its stocks to general public. After IPO the company shares can be further sold by investers through secondary market trading.

                   Now, I had a company and I giving IPO in it for the purpose of depth. Expansion of my company or one investers asking her found for that I want money so, for the IPO was coming in share market . But, this all legal purpose also.

               For the first time IPO coming in market the price of it was decided by company owner. It was not decided by government or public.

       If we want to buy IPO stock means for the first time wait to come in market because, some time the value of it become low.

                Don't invest in all the IPO we want to research and buy the stock some of the government company gives for price only some of them.

                IPO had time line so, don't apply of first day wait for the last day and see how many of them apply for it then apply . We have many free website to see it also. So, wait and see the demand of it them apply.

  HOW TO BUY IPO ?

            By this we can buy the IPO.
