In our brain pressure coming region and pain region are in same place it act like seesaw down thing comes up and upthings comes down so, junck food, games and drinking are like pedale. We go to pressure by that we get pain. When we go to pain means we get depression we gat pressure automatical. By, this they say,
"sweet in peace so that
You don't bleed in war"
By this word's they coming to say they we work hard. We can't suffer in bad condition.
When you feel board means we want to make pain by doing exercise by that. Our pain side come low and pressure side come's up. When we go to junk food means pressure come down and pain goes up by that pressure come high.

Chasing the screen book's author say that the research rat and addicted rat are in alone so, they are in that way. When we made them in a rat park they play like normal rat and they are like normal. To prove that our lockdown is the best example.
