Start your first investment 1000 Rs

      In this post I am here to tell you about how to grow the basic amount ₹1000 which everyone have. Warren Buffet once told that if investing is difficult as algebra or calculus I would have went to work as a newspaper provider as before, that much easier job investing in stock market is. We are her to look after how easier investing is.

STEP:1

Whatever department it might be, the 1st step is little difficult, even that's the same over here. If you just crossed the 1st step, then you'll start noticing the further steps easily. So this is only for the beginners who is investing in stock market for the very first time. What you have to do is to read the post till end.

Thinking that investment is only for big shorts who is having more money is wrong because investment can be done by everyone. Warren Buffett had a another statement that"If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you'll work unill you die”. Most of the people's fault is they are not spending enough time to find the best company to invest rather than they spend time in choosing broker. Truly what we want to do is for choosing a broker we need to research a little but for selecting a company we need to research more. If you choose the wrong broker you'll lose only ₹300 or ₹500 but if you choose the wrong company you'll have chance to lose 10 lakhs or 1 crore. So what you want to do is Spend more time to search the company.

STEP:2

INVESTMENT VS TRADING

Investment is nothing but imagine that I have some amount of money, I buy a land with that money, then i'll sell that land only if I get more profit even that is 5 years or 20 years.

Trading means selling the land in the next day or the day itself of buying with little profit or with loss.

Now we are not here to look whether investment is best or trading is best. We are here to know about investment. Investment means our little amount of money grouped together to form huge amount with compound effect. So long term investment is better.

STEP:3

START ONE COMPANY

It's better to start investing from a company. Even it's better to invest in a company in which you use their products the most. For eg: if you use cigarette 🚬 you can invest in ITC. If you wear Titan watch then you can invest in Titan company only then you can spend time for learning about that company. When it comes to Tata motors they are not only producing car there are several other productions happening you should know that.

Now you might have a doubt, how to collect information about these companies. There are several ways nowadays .There's a website 'money control' in which you can search the company name and can get all the information like Who us the CEO of that company, what is the present financial status of that company. Once you know all these things you are ready to invest.

Warren Buffett has also told that " I'll select only the company which is running in a good condition". Which means we should invest in a company which in a good condition from the past to the end.

More people invests in a company imaging that they will become good in future. What they think is wrong the reason is our is prediction may fail.

STEP:4

The person who plays in the ground will win than the one who is sightseeing from the side. While Playing the game we should not look at the score board we should look at the result. That's how while you start investing share market kings will tell about the shares individually. We should not impress to that you should start playing (ie) you should achieve the target and win the crores.
